- Provide recommendations on project justifications, scope of work, cost estimates, work phasing and scheduling, as related to Records and Property management efforts.
- Own, or otherwise support, the tracking, management, and distribution of SDA's property and records, as well as the systems they live on.
- Develop and implement SDA policy and procedures to comply with federal requirements.
- Assist other SDA staff with records, CRM, and property/equipment related requirements across all of SDA's facilities.
- Maintain SDA's property book by utilizing both the DoD-run system and establishing an SDA-run system.
- Create/identify an appropriate record schedule for SDA to use.
- As required, support other Enterprise Operations cell activities.

Position Overview
Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Records/Property Manager to support SDA's mission. The selected candidatewill handle compliance for all appropriate Department of Defense and Federal Government requirements and directives for records management and property management.
