- Interfacing with technical staff to clarify material requirements, and assemble technical data packages in support of procurements.
- Managing the RFQ process – planning, organizing, overseeing, and controlling interaction with vendors, ensuring the program meets the procurement requirements of the contract.
- Active Secret clearance
- Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Knowledge of governent contract procurement provisions
- Knowledge of commercially-available procurement systems (e.g., Unanet, Fraxion/eRequestor)
- Experience with hardware-oriented programs (vendors) - procurement of electronic (Digikey, Mouser) and mechanical (McMaster-Carr) components, printed circuit board fabrication and assembly services, and other equipment/parts vendors.

Our Buyer Logisitican Specialist works in coordination with customer and contract staff to procure raw materials, shop supplies, electronic components, and lab equipment.
