- Monitor logs and applications on a daily basis, automating monitoring where possible
- Conduct system backups and data archiving on agreed upon intervals with Sponsor
- Harden Linux systems and maintain various servers including Windows Servers, Oracle database servers, Apache servers, and more
- Apply server patches and updates in a timed manner according to Information Systems Security Manager standards
- Assist Sponsor with software and hardware acquisitions and implementation, renew software licenses as needed, and submit necessary DR and RFC reports
- Work closely with ISSM and other security elements as required
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with 2 years of professional experience
- Field support via foreign travel required 1-2 times a year
- Demonstrated experience in the deployment, provisioning, operations, and maintenance of Linux environments running CentOS and Ubuntu
- Demonstrated experience in complete DevOps lifecycle, automated deployments, and compliance scanning with TDD
- Experience working with INFOSEC and IA policies to ensure system security and data integrity
