    Description

    Job Title: Requirements Specialist

    We are in search of a dynamic Requirements Specialist with a solid understanding of requirements gathering, validation, and tracking to join our group of experts, analysts, and engineers. As part of our mission-supporting environment, you will play a vital role in managing mission requirements and integrating advanced technologies into our processes.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage Agile requirements for application development
    • Attend team meetings for application updates and improvements
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit application requirements
    • Support end user needs and oversee requirements tracking

    Requirements:

    1. Experience managing requirements in Agile environments
    2. Proficiency in using JIRA project management software
    3. Training and providing demonstrations to application users
    4. Coordinating meetings to determine customer needs
    5. Consulting with customers to clarify complex requests
    6. Facilitating meetings to prioritize work
    7. Validating requirements and preparing them for review
    8. Ensuring timely completion of requirements and tracking outstanding requests
    9. Interacting with stakeholders to resolve concerns related to requirements
    10. Assisting with requirements-related metrics collection and reporting

    Desired Skills:

    • Familiarity with the Sponsor's production applications
    • Experience with Tableau desktop for data visualizations
    • Knowledge of Confluence software
    • Supporting project planning and development activities
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to work across departments

    Qualifications: Must hold a current TS-SCI clearance with a Polygraph as a US Citizen to be considered for this role at the Sponsor.
