- CPA certification with 5-8 years of progressive experience in Public Accounting.
- Proven experience in coaching, leading and developing audit staff.
- Attention to detail and a highly motivated approach to fulfilling responsibilities.
- Able to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
