Description

As a Stockroom Utility Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our stockroom.

You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming stock and materials, verifying quantities and quality.
Organize and store items in designated locations, maintaining a clean and orderly stockroom.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory needs and address any discrepancies.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory management.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
