Description

As a Stockroom Utility Operator, you will be an integral part of our logistics and inventory management team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our stockroom, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Organize and maintain inventory in designated stockroom areas.
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for distribution.
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other stockroom equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment.
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests and ensure timely delivery.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Complete paperwork and data entry tasks related to stockroom operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or similar environment preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
