    Cimarron Label is a national leader in innovative labeling solutions and currently has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Account Representative

    Day Shift, M- F position with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide effective customer service for all external and internal customers by utilizing knowledge of company products and programs.
    • Partners with sales team to provide customers quality service.
    • Talks with customers by phone and e-mail concerning orders, modifications to orders, returns, shipments and products.
    • Enters customer information and specifications into computer software.
    • Maintains all customer master files.
    • Addresses customer issues to ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
    • Organizes and files for easy access.
    • Confers with sales, production, product development, pre-press, shipping, quality, estimating and warehouse in meeting customer requirements.
    • Must comply with all company policies, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) related to job function.

    Knowledge / Skills:

    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently from general instructions.
    • Computer experience required.
    • Mathematical skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
    • Professional ethics including telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
    • Understanding of customer relations, time management, problem resolution theories and techniques.
    • Knowledge of basic printing production and job flow.
    • Commitment to company values.
