- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Aid customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the required items.
- Collaborate with local vendors to ensure precise part location.
- Provide customer support via phone and assist at the parts counter.
- Manage Purchase Orders for necessary items.
- Assist in inventory control and processing of returns.
- Handle billing transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Work on customers' sales and work order quotes.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with colleagues as needed.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks using UPS, Speedee, and FedEx software.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.

- Proven customer support background.

- Prior experience in customer support.
- Preferably, experience in the industry and with parts is desired.
