    Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Service Representative
    Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be essential in maintaining our company's commitment to top-notch customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include professionally handling incoming requests from customers, efficiently gathering customer information to fulfill their needs, and maintaining a balance of inbound and outbound calls while meeting or exceeding key performance indicators. You will also have the opportunity to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements. Your duties will include processing incoming orders, resolving customer issues, processing returns, and completing outbound calls to prospects and existing customers. Please note, our company has a separate team for collections, so you will not be involved in those interactions.
