Responsibilities:


  • Simple corrections for dimensional deviations
  • Resolve malfunctions with simple actions (e.g. parts jamming) and report if necessary
  • Perform simple maintenance and repair tasks (e.g. lubricant change) according to instructions
  • Document measurement results
  • Perform simple tool changes (e.g. cone change) according to instructions
  • Set up and operate simple machines and/or equipment in serial production, load parts and/or materials
  • Perform simple part inspections (yes/no decision, e.g. dimensional accuracy and completeness) using standard measuring tools
  • Initiate and monitor machine operation
  • Interrupt machine operation in case of malfunctions
  • Teamwork and training of new employees
  • Sort out defective parts
  • Fill out and maintain productionrelated documents
  • The shift leader or shift assistant will provide instructions for repair work

Requirements:


  • Familiarity with handling workpieces, semifinished products, and tools, as well as simple inspections
  • No specific vocational training is required
