Restaurant Manager m/f/d in Glendale, CA:


Your responsibilities include:

  • You are primarily responsible for ensuring smooth operations at "Die Wachtelei" restaurant, as well as at events and in the wine cellar, preferably in the evenings
  • You create schedules for employees, taking into account their preferences and the events at the restaurant
  • You coordinate with the kitchen and banquet office
  • You ensure compliance with standards and hygiene regulations
  • You recommend suitable drinks to accompany meals for our guests
  • In case of complaints, you handle the situation calmly and communicate effectively with our guests
  • You take an entrepreneurial approach to purchasing beverages from our suppliers
  • What we expect from you:
  • You have completed a degree in hotel management, restaurant management, or a similar F&B program, and have several years of experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ideally, you have previous experience leading a restaurant team
  • You are responsible and enjoy working in an international team
  • A positive attitude, openness, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • You are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our international guests
