Your responsibilities:
- Competently handle all traditional reception tasks
- Secretarial and office work
- Guest correspondence and general correspondence
- Telephone switchboard and mail service
- First point of contact in our facility
- Contact person for concerns and requests from residents and their families
- Organizing smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests
- Main point of contact between departments and areas
Your profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Organizational skills and ability to handle stress
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Discreet
