The Division of Benefit Programs is currently seeking an Administrative Staff Specialist that will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Division of Benefit Programs Director, Associate Directors, and Division Management Team.
Activities include but are not limited to processing the division mail, ordering supplies using eVA and the small purchase charge card, assisting with travel, facilitating the Library of Virginia records process for the division, entering in data into systems, maintaining the divisions asset inventory, assisting preparing human resource forms and general administrative support.
