Join our team at Richmond Senior Center Katharina Kasper in Andernach as a full-time Nursing Director (m|w|d) in senior care.

As part of our team, you will organize and ensure high-quality care in compliance with legal requirements.

You will also be responsible for planning and organizing staff schedules, as well as motivating, developing, and supporting team members.

Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing our care and support processes, maintaining and improving our quality management, and collaborating closely with doctors and authorities.


To be a good fit for our team, you should have completed a professional training in nursing or as a nursing specialist (m/w/d), ideally with a further qualification in nursing management or relevant experience in a leadership role in the nursing field.

You should also possess strong leadership skills, be a team player, and have a high level of commitment and organizational ability.
