Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pizza Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve restaurant objectives and goals by effectively planning, organizing, and delegating tasks to the staff
Maintains safe environment, and quality food and service standards by enforcing established procedures and process.
Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of staff, ensuring they are all adequately trained and motivated to deliver highquality service
Oversee the ordering of supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure that all food and drink items are prepared and presented to the highest quality, with strict attention to hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor the daily activities of the restaurant and make sure that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Respond to customer queries, complaints or comments and ensure that their needs are met in a professional manner; maintain good customer relations and take necessary actions to resolve disputes.

Requirements:

35 years of prior experience as a restaurant manager Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills Strong analytical, decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude Knowledge of restaurant management software platforms, such as point of sale software, inventory systems, and online ordering platforms.
