- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the Midwest territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our client's products and services.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market developments to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the steel industry or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the Midwest territory.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
