The Municipal Supply Association of Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) is a public corporation with the business areas of civil service pensions, benefits, municipal personnel services, and supplementary pensions.
The geographical area of operation covers the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association is headquartered in Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart.
We are currently seeking a new Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our Software Engineering and IT Coordination department in Karlsruhe at the earliest possible date.

Due to our high quality standards, we primarily develop the software used in our administrative processes ourselves within a large IT department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementation, expansion, and optimization of document output management as well as output processes (e.g. printing, portal, or app)
- Participation in projects throughout all phases of the software development process
- Implementation of requirements management
- Designing templates
We expect from you:
- A completed relevant (technical) university degree or comparable professional experience in application development
- Fluent German language skills (C2 level)
- Indepth knowledge of objectoriented programming with Java and XML
- Knowledge of XPATH, XSLT, SQL, REST, and experience with Apache Tomcat is advantageous, but not a requirement
