Description

As Europe's first provider of freight wagon systems based in Lucerne, Switzerland, Wascosa AG is an industry pioneer in the rental and management of freight wagons for rail transport. We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive individual like you to join our team at our location in Lucerne or Hamburg, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your Role

  • Commissioning of contractually bound maintenance service providers
  • Monitoring of workshop capacity and turnaround times
  • Inspection and approval of workshop services / order controls
  • Responsible for complaints against workshops
  • Preparation of re-commissioning certificates
  • Coordination of handover/return of wagons to customers
  • Documentation of maintenance orders
  • Identification of optimization potential in maintenance processes
  • Point of contact for our customers and service providers for all technical matters

Your Profile

  • Completed technical apprenticeship, commercial training desired
  • Professional experience in the railway industry
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German, good knowledge of English. Any additional language skills are an advantage
  • Open, communicative, independent, goal-oriented, and a team player
