About the unit:
Our facility boasts 2 floors with 164 beds enabling us to cater to long-term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. Each floor features designated units specializing in patient care such as general rehab, neuro rehab, traumatic brain injuries, and cancer. At Corewell Health, we are committed to delivering goal-oriented, compassionate care to help our patients achieve the highest quality of life possible.
About Rehab and Nursing Center-Kentridge:
Located on a serene 10-acre campus, our indoor and outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to promote independence, strength, and confidence. Most of our patient rooms are private and well-equipped for comfort and entertainment. Each unit includes spacious living and dining areas, ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for providing quality direct patient care under the guidance of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, documenting patient care, and maintaining adherence to unit policies and procedures.
