YOUR TASKS

As a speaker and program manager, you are the central point of contact for the 80+ speakers of the MMK conferences and events and coordinate the program. You have direct contact with executives and over 1500 participants who come to see what you have built:

·During and before the events, you take overall responsibility for the speakers and the program, the allocation of speaker supervisors, and act as a trouble-shooter

You are responsible for the content selection of the panels together with the MMK team and the briefing of the speakers and moderators

You coordinate the entire conference program with discussions on topics and availability of speakers

You lead the planning of the agenda with technology and room planning
