    Description:

    Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

    · Auto Insurance Domain Knowledge (2+ years)

    · Detail oriented analytical skills (4+ years)

    · Transformation experience preferably Guidewire (3+ years)

    · Policy Migration/Conversion Experience (3+ years)

    · Ability to lead and coordinate activities with multiple teams (6+ Years)

    · Oracle SQL/ MS SQL 2. Jira / JWM 3. MS Office

    · Ability to analyze data sets and profile date for conversion

    · Leads analysis and verification of technical requirements /mapping for completeness

    · Leads traceability of approved and base lined artifacts across different work areas of conversion

    · Review and update Jira board features/stories as needed based on analysis

    · Reconcile data and metrics related to mapping requirements across applications

    · Coordinate with integration partners, program teams and data mapping teams to resolve tasks and dependencies

    · Analyze multiple integrating systems and assess impacts caused by any defects, CRs or clarifications, communicate them to the involved parties and ensure documentation

    · Coordinate with downstream partners to understand their impacts, dependencies and plan the work accordingly

    · Provide metrics and reports to leadership as needed on progress of activities; Maintain communication with partners reg status and clarifications

    · Self starter and a team player while being an independent thinker with the ability to proactively drive results
