- Conducting psychosocial assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans for children, adolescents, and families.
- Providing individual and family therapy sessions to address mental health concerns and promote positive coping strategies.
- Traveling throughout Cumberland County to deliver services within the coverage area of Pinnacle Family Services.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to support the holistic needs of clients.
- I am comfortable with travel, on-call duties, and maintaining a flexible schedule that includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- I have experience providing outpatient counseling or psychotherapy, with a willingness to engage in additional services such as medication management, group therapy, or case management.
- I am dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and families, and I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
- Master's degree in a human services field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, is required.
- North Carolina licensure as either LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health interventions and treatment modalities.
- Possession of a reliable vehicle with current registration, insurance, and driver's license, adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws.
