    Home Health Physical Therapist - Full Time, 13 week or 26 week local contract

    **Milage Reimbursement Provided**

    *Opportunity to convert to direct hire after contract

    MLee Healthcare is seeking an experienced or new grad Physical Therapist for a Full-time role with one of our entrusted clients near Mansfield, Ohio the Physical Therapist would be a contractor with MLee Healthcare working with our partner who provides home health services to the central Ohio region north of Columbus, up to Mansfield.

    $65.00 hourly, mileage reimbursement provided

    Home Health DPT Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8AM - 4:30 PM

    Physical Therapist Home Health Job Summary

    The Home Health Physical therapist will be autonomous and responsible for providing in personalized, in-home rehabilitation. Skilled in creating targeted exercise programs to improve mobility and function for all patient populations. Collaborative and compassionate, dedicated to enhancing patients' lives through effective, individualized care.

    Home Health Physical Therapist Requirements

    • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
    • Current license in Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio
    • Current CPR certificate
