- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with substance abuse and cooccurring mental health disorders.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other staff members to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Stay current on best practices and evidencebased treatments in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed or licenseeligible as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Delaware.
- Experience working with individuals with substance abuse and cooccurring mental health disorders preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
