    Behavioral Health Therapist

    Seeking a full-time permanent, independently licensed therapist for an outpatient job opportunity within a local Community Health Center

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8A-5P - No Weekends or after-hours responsibility

    Behavioral Health Therapist Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual and group therapy to center participants with behavioral health needs
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
    • Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
    • Provide crisis intervention and support
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
    • Participate in case conferences and team meetings
    • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health treatment
    • Provide education and support to clients and their families
    • Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice

    Behavioral Health Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

    • Independent Pennsylvania Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.)
    • Minimum 2 years of working therapist experience
    • Experience working with underserved populations preferred
