Facilities Technician III at Biogen

This position involves working a 12-hour rotating shift with a 2,2,3 rotation, from 7AM to 7PM.

What You'll Do:

Operate all utility systems that supply manufacturing
Train others on operation and maintenance of utility systems
Maintain utility systems and respond to critical alarms
Monitor utility systems through the BMS control systems
Conduct tours to ensure mechanical spaces are functioning properly
Be responsible for alarm response in GMP areas and controlled spaces

Qualifications:

This role may involve climbing ladders, moving heavy equipment, and operating in clean spaces. High School Diploma, 4+ years of industry experience, or equivalent qualifications are required. Knowledge of hand and power tools is necessary.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of lock-out tag-out safety procedures
Experience in complex pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
