Your opportunity in Ozark, MO:

Creating the financial statements of the German group company according to HGB and reporting to the consolidation center of the group (based on IFRS).

Recording and posting of business transactions of all kinds (fixed asset accounting, bank postings, provisions, accruals and financial assets)
Examination and preparation of provisions, fixed assets and equity statements
Ensuring the proper functioning of the general ledger
Implementation of new legal requirements for the bank's accounting
Establishment of booking logics for new bank products
Providing local management and the group headquarters with all relevant financial information.
Taking on project tasks
Contact person for internal and external business partners (tax consultants, auditors, group consolidation)

What you bring with you:

Successfully completed commercial banking training or tax assistant with additional qualification as a certified accountant (m/f/d)
At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or controlling in a bank
Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS
Good knowledge of German tax law
Confident and proactive demeanor
Strong analytical understanding
Very proficient in MS Office
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
