Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning activities for the assigned territory based on marketing recommendations and implement action plans in accordance with company procedures and ethical standards
  • Provide product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and agreed upon promotional materials to support sales calls effectively
  • Achieve sales objectives for promoted products as per sales plans and allocated budget
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned and potential customers in the territory to meet or exceed sales objectives for company products
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop stakeholder and influencer action plans and coordinate related activities, including value solutions
  • Set and achieve measurable goals and KPIs for the territory
  • Plan, organize, and participate in appropriate group activities (presentations, meetings with experts, conferences, etc.) to support ongoing sales efforts
  • Provide product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and agreed upon promotional materials to support sales calls effectively
  • Identify value differentiators for products and services based on key account/HCP needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous experience in commercial biotech/pharma sales
  • Experience in diabetes and hospital sales preferred
  • Proven experience working with integrated customers and knowledge of integrated health systems
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication (GERMANY ONLY)
