- Check patients in for appointments and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and document patient information in EMR
- Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances upon check out
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
- Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all HIPAA and privacy policies
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Athena EMR experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in properly handling confidential and sensitive information; knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
- Must live within a 45 min commute from Plano, Frisco, McKinney

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Front Office Representative to join our team in Frisco, TX. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience from check in to check out. Candidates must have previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting and excellent communication skills.
