- Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality design management or related field.
- Experience with management and implementation of design concept through to completion while maintaining project schedule and budget.
- Strong technical understanding of construction documentation, FF&E Specs with extensive knowledge of construction detailing, materials, methods and codes.
- Collaborative with positive attitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in management of staff and developing production schedules.
- Flexible related to schedule and problem solving.
- Inspiring, positive influence on project team.
- Interior Design degree, accredited 4 year program.
- Pursuing Professional Interior Design License
- Experience managing multiple projects with varying phases.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.

The design team offers a vast background of experience and talent to the international hospitality industry. Innovation and unique guest experiences drives the creative process while exceeding the client's expectations and meeting business objectives grounds the practice. We maintain a dynamic work environment to inspire great work from two studios located in Florida, USA and Toronto, CA.
Role Description
Interior Designer must have a minimum of 3-5 years' hospitality experience and exceptional design skills with a supportive portfolio. Leadership skills and a creative collaborative spirit are required. Works closely with Project Manager and other team members to successfully complete projects involving Interior Design, Procurement coordination and in some cases Architecture.
