    Description

    The Project Interior Designer for Healthcare position requires someone who is not only an innovative and creative thinker but also a great team leader able to establish long-lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
    • Supervise and participate in interior design projects throughout all stages.
    • Build and nurture client relationships effectively.
    • Specialize in a specific area of interior design.
    • Coordinate a team of in-house designers, architects, as well as external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level interior designers.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in interior design.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare design.
    • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation abilities.
    • Show excellent client management and leadership skills.
    • Possess exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
    • Exhibit outstanding time and project management skills with effective follow-up.
    • Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct, and assess the work of others.
    • Capable of taking direction and leading when necessary.
    • Detailed knowledge and application of healthcare finishing materials.
    • NCIDQ certification is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, and Photoshop.
