- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for HR operations that align with the company's objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems to support all HR functions, ensuring they are integrated and data integrity is maintained.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior management on issues related to HR operations and technology, contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making process.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, optimization, and adoption of new and existing technologies to enhance the total company employee experience and streamline HR processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HR operations and technology, making recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Provide leadership and direction in change management initiatives, driving the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
- Develop and manage the budget for HR operations and technology, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR operations.
- Act as plan administrator to our company's 401k plan to ensure excellent execution and compliance.
- Manage the HR operations team, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and alignment with business goals. This is a player-coach position (80% IC role, 20% people manager). You will own some of the hard and highly complex work.
- Manage key vendor relationships to accelerate business goals and productivity.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that HR systems are seamlessly integrated with other business systems and that data integrity is maintained.

Compensation and Benefits
[For New York and California Based Only]
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $200,000 - $230,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
