    Description

    A growing consumer products company in New Jersey is currently seeking an IT Operational Technology Consultant for a great remote opportunity with their growing team.

    Job Overview: The IT Operational Technology Consultant will be responsible for configuring and uploading the Infor MES/Lighthouse WMS system on end devices and ensuring its proper backend connectivity. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Configure and set up Infor MES/Lighthouse WMS system on various end devices.
    • Ensure seamless integration and connectivity of the system with backend infrastructure.
    • Provide technical support during and post-implementation of the system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
    • Train end-users and IT staff on system operation and troubleshooting.
    • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience with Infor MES/Lighthouse WMS system configuration and deployment.
    • Strong understanding of operational technology and warehouse management processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
    • Experience in middleware monitoring and system integration.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
