Your task:

As a Controller, you will be responsible for consistent value, profit, liquidity, and asset controlling of assigned strategically important business units in Duran, NM.

You will evaluate financial and strategic business transactions, measures, projects, as well as new technologies, business models, and market developments.

You will also coordinate strategic planning and forecasting processes and activities for the business units.

Your main responsibility will be the holistic financial and commercial management of one of our NatCos, including planning, actual evaluation, and identification of improvement levers in cooperation with the respective departments.

Additionally, you will support decision-making processes through the European Leadership Team (EUHQLT) and act as a single point of contact for DT shareholder representatives in local committees.

You will develop forecast models and conduct longterm scenario studies for business model development, including deriving and implementing measures for improving results and optimization.
You will develop and align strategic and financial targets for assigned business units and evaluate the product and process portfolio.
You will conduct regular management reporting and business reviews based on KPIs.
You will work on the further development of existing controlling tools and the automation of business systems.
You will also be responsible for conducting adhoc analyses and reports on current topics.
You will lead strategically oriented projects.
