Training with Perspective

Our trainees will be deployed at the corporate headquarters as well as in the service offices in Neukölln, Tempelhof, Treptow and Hellersdorf and will be guided and accompanied by professionals throughout the entire training period.

We rely on the "Generation Future" and offer our trainees a solid foundation to successfully enter the working world:

- a varied training program,
- further education and training,
- a collective agreement salary with vacation and Christmas bonuses, and
- an annual educational trip.

Traditionally, the trainees of STADT UND LAND go on an educational trip every year to get to know large housing companies in other cities. The trips and the accompanying program are organized independently by the trainees.

Thanks to continuous support and intensive preparation for exams in recent years, our trainees have successfully completed their training in our company. Initially, all of them are offered a one-year employment contract with the company.
