    • Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions using J2EE Microservices and Spring Boot.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
    • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
    • Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support through code reviews and best practice recommendations.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to incorporate into operations and activities.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
    • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
    • Work closely with the product management team to align technical solutions with business needs.
    • Ensure security and data protection are prioritized in all development activities.
    • Facilitate the deployment of software solutions to various environments ensuring seamless migration and integration.
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management to outline future technology initiatives.


    • Qualifications
    • Proven experience in J2EE Microservices and Spring Boot is required.
    • Strong understanding of network engineering and data network principles.
    • Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure and AWS including but not limited to Azure Event Hub Microsoft Azure IoT and AWS Lambda is highly desirable.
    • Experience with database technologies like MySQL Azure SQL and Amazon RDS is beneficial.
    • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration services like Kubernetes is a plus.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
