    Role Description

    This is a remote contract role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Nostal Homes. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating effectively with the target audience. The role will involve day-to-day social media management, content creation, and engaging with followers and potential renters.

    Qualifications

    • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
    • Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in managing social media platforms
    • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the real estate or rental industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
