- Responsible for the entire budgeting process for Corporate Marketing. This would entail:
- Managing the process for opening new purchase orders, reconciling invoices with active SOWs, approve invoice payments, and be main point of contact for vendor billing and payment inquiries.
- Be the main liaison between Corporate Marketing and the Accounts Payables and Financial Planning teams.
- Maintain impeccable and accurate records of Corporate Marketing's budget spend for the year and providing quarterly reporting for all internal Marketing departments.
- Managing the procurement and vendor contracting process specifically for Corporate Marketing. This would entail:
- Being responsible for the onboarding process of new vendors and managing all required documentation, reviewing contracts, approve invoice payments, and be main point of contact for vendor billing and payment inquiries.
- Be the main liaison between Corporate Marketing and the Legal, Info Security, and Procurement departments.
- Taking part of the RFP process to scope out new vendors, tools and services for the Corporate Marketing organization.
- Support Traffic Manager with the management of Workfront, our internal workflow platform, and internal processes, including being backup as a Workfront system admin.
- Be responsible for our online ecommerce storefront. This would include:
- Working closely with the Traffic Manager, Marketing Managers and vendor to ensure that the customizable templates, materials and promo items are the most up-to-date iterations posted on the site, ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate, and be the main liaison with the vendor's customer support team for incoming inquiries.
- Working closely with the vendor to refresh the landing page, home pages and product pages for all portal sites, ensuring that users have positive online shopping experience.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated success in independently solving ambiguous problems of diverse scope.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, and creative thinker.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build high-quality relationships with internal and external partners.
- Must be receptive to growth and change, taking a curious and objective approach to new processes and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Must have minimum of 3 years in Business/Accounting/Finance/Analytics or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing.

Compensation Range
The base annual salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
