What will your day look like with us?

  • You will have your own market responsibility area and will be responsible for managing commercial customers in the field
  • Your main tasks will include both maintaining existing customers and acquiring new small and mediumsized fleet customers
  • You will be responsible for selling new Mercedes-Benz vehicles and promoting corresponding financial products
  • Your passion is to convince customers to purchase a new vehicle, win them over, and inspire them with your enthusiasm
  • Conducting professional consultations about our products and services, as well as negotiating sales, will be your strengths
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining and expanding our longstanding customer relationships
  • Delighting our shared customers with great reliability and likeability
What will make you stand out?

  • You have successfully completed training in the automotive field and ideally have a qualification as a certified automotive salesperson (m/f/d)
  • You have at least 12 years of sales experience in direct automotive sales
  • You handle all sales and customer management processes professionally, from offering to price and negotiation to contract closure
  • You are familiar with the products, service offerings, and IT systems of the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • You have a solid technical understanding and know the demands of your customers for our vehicles
  • You have a customeroriented mindset and enjoy sales and interacting with customers
