Description

Handle a high volume of external inbound customer and sales agent inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Perform front desk reception duties including greeting customers, answering phones, and processing mail.
Communicate product features, benefits, and contract provisions clearly and accurately.
Independently manage most customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Explain basic information within the functional area to customers and sales agents.
Maintain satisfactory levels of key performance indicators according to departmental requirements.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience.
Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required.
Accountable, ethical, with good decision-making ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills and ability to multitask.

Training & Development: Customer Service Representatives will undergo a comprehensive training program to become proficient in the insurance industry, product and policy provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback will be provided to support professional development.
