    **Prinsco has an opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative at our Fargo, ND location.** **Now offering a $500 sign-on bonus We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes dental, vision, 100% paid life insurance and short term disability, HSA or FSA, and two medical plan options. In addition, we offer a 401k that is matched up to 5% deferred and 100% vested immediately upon participation.** **This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a safe manufacturing environment, including:**

    Provide exceptional customer service in the accurate fulfillment of orders, including supporting the dispatch function.

    Establish working relationships with sales to better understand customer needs, their unique product terminology and pricing.

    Handle all customer concerns and questions, providing resolutions and follow-up as needed. **We require the following qualifications:**

    High school diploma or GED required with a minimum of six months customer service or dispatch experience.

    Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.

    Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.

    Proficient with MS Office products and IQMS preferred.

    Maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion when conveying and communicating with customers, employees, manager and corporate HR.
