    Job Summary/Description:
    Resources for Human Development (RHD) is hiring compassionate individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference.     How You Will Make an Impact:
    RHD is looking for full-time and part-time Life Skills Professionals to provide support in accessing community resources and helping individuals achieve their treatment goals. Daily tasks include building relationships, providing encouragement, overseeing life skills, and accompanying individuals on outings.

    Responsibilities/Duties:
    • Build relationships with outside supports.
    • Support residents in accessing community resources.
    • Maintain environment safety.
    • Provide encouragement and support.
    • Facilitate resident engagement.
    • Demonstrate daily living skills.
    • Complete documentation.
    • Participate in team discussions.

    Required Experience:
    • 2 years of Direct Care Service experience in drug and alcohol treatment.

    Required Education:
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Human service-related education preferred.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Basic computer and typing skills.
    • Willingness to learn electronic health records.
    • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

    Salary Range:
    Starting rate is $16.50 an hour with sign-on bonuses available after 90 days of employment.

    Schedule:
    Shifts are available 24/7.

    Womanspace Philadelphia is a residential facility for women with substance use treatment needs, seeking dedicated Life Skills Professionals to join the team.
