- Managing the full relationship with assigned Channel Partners, including serving as the key support role representing the company and the assigned Channel Partners with the various mechanical engineering/functional areas within the company
- Leading teams (including mechanical, controls engineers, and applications engineers) to support assigned Channel Partners with technical and commercial aspects of products and services, and driving after-market activities
- Maintaining and expanding comprehensive technical knowledge of FS-Elliott's Industrial Products as well as a broad understanding of the competitor's products (this includes: providing input regarding possible product improvement/development and process improvement, attending company training sessions on new/developing products and technologies and collecting and communicating product market intelligence)
- Providing technical and commercial answers to questions generated by Channel Partners during the bid clarification phase of all jobs
- Managing and guiding the preparation of company and budgetary quotations in a timely manner to meet assigned Channel Partner's specified time requirements
- Managing and guiding the compressor selection for applicable site conditions; (vii) attending bid clarification meetings to provide all necessary technical clarification and support commercial clarifications
- Assisting in the development of FS-Elliott's Strategic Sales Plan for each opportunity
- Managing and guiding the completion of Order Entry processing to ensure accuracy
- Developing assigned territory for sales and aftermarket strategies in collaboration with assigned Channel Partners that allows for creation/development of leads and sales
- Must have at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Engineer or in a Sales support function for distributions channels
- At least 2 years' experience with centrifugal compressors or rotating equipment.
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and communication and presentation skills in the regional languages supported.
- Interpersonal savvy; able to collaborate and work closely with other departments and at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software; Salesforce or other CRM

Description
FS-Elliott is looking to bring a Channel Partner Manager onto our team to support partnership and business growth with our distribution partners in the Western US territory.
This role is responsible for the driving the sales pipeline from engagement through post-sale by serving as key point of contact and as leading advocate for the Channel Partners to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable growth by executing the channel strategy.
