We are looking for a candidate to join our HR team in Port St. Lucie, FL.

In this role, you will support us in handling all personnel-related matters throughout the employee life cycle, from A for employment contracts to Z for references, ensuring the foundation of our HR work.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of various personnel documents such as employment contracts, certificates, contract amendments, works council hearings, and references, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

You will also work closely with the HR management team to plan and ensure all measures related to the onboarding of new employees.

To be successful in this role, you should be currently studying business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field and have a desire to gain practical experience.

Previous experience in HR through an apprenticeship or internships is preferred.

You should have a structured, meticulous, and independent work style, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and ability to execute tasks.
