- Self-directed case management from inception to resolution, including hearings, depositions, pleadings, discovery, motions, mediations, and trials/arbitrations.
- Represent clients in all stages of business disputes and litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and document review with superior attention to detail.
- Interface with clients and opposing counsel professionally and effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through networking and business development activities.
- Collaborate with team members, including attorneys, paralegals, and office staff, to support and enhance case strategies.
- 6-8 years of private firm litigation experience.
- Strong academic and employment credentials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while also collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
