    We are looking for like-minded individuals who champion our core values. Specific job duties will include:

    Draft forms for visa applications, petitions, applications for permanent residence, citizenship, and other immigrant and non-immigrant related filings:


    • Communicate verbally and in writing with business and individual clients and coworkers


    • Assist with online application processes, including in USCIS, DOL FLAG and DOS CEAC databases and consular processing of immigrant petitions through the NVC


    • Liaise with government agencies including USCIS, CBP, DOS and DOL


    • Gather and analyze evidence, review and organize information and files and conduct quality assurance review of filings


    • Assemble application and petition packages and files with USCIS and other agencies


    • Coordinate translation of various documents


    • Perform administrative duties related to new client intake


    • Maintain calendar of filing deadlines, processing times, etc. and manage caseload


    • Focus on professional development and stay informed on immigration law trends and news, sharing information with others


    • Work as part of a team and assist coworkers, as needed
