- Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory procedures under the guidance of the laboratory manager
- Prepare reagents and controls
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment following standard operating procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the laboratory and equipment
- Handle clinical sample testing, including sample processing, test result recording, and sample disposal
- Manage inventory and stock levels, and place orders as necessary
- Comply with safety protocols and contribute to enhancing laboratory safety practices
- Handle general responsibilities such as maintaining laboratory equipment, data entry, and managing laboratory records
- Provide assistance to the R&D team as required
- Undertake any other assigned duties
- Associate Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience or
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related STEM field with 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience in urine chemistry and/or hematology diagnostic testing and instrumentation is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in laboratory duties and biological sciences is a must
- Authorization to work in the US for any employer is required
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is necessary for this role
