- Maintains and promotes a safe work environment, and complies with safety policies and procedures. Follows safe work practices for personal and equipment safety, in both the laboratory and in the field. End results are zero or minimum safety incidents and a clean, orderly working environment
- Conducts a significant level of formulation or technical work (in the lab) as defined in the project plan
- Asks appropriate questions to clarify requirements, expectations, and critical performance parameters
- Documents (lab) results, visits, etc. through appropriate reporting systems
- Is familiar with and applies relevant experimental, development, and/or analytical approaches and techniques
- Contribute to test method development as needed, in order to better understand and evaluate coating properties and performance
- Effectively collate and report results and propose conclusions and recommendations within agreed timescales using appropriate methods. Explains function/technical concepts in a way that the technical team understands their value
- Technical education in relevant fields, e.g. chemistry, chemical technology, environment, maths, statistics, data science, etc.
- Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- The salary range for these skills is $65,000 to $84,000 + 5% annual bonus.
