At the UNIVERSITY OF BREMEN, subject to the approval of the position, the Department of Law is seeking to fill two positions at the Research Center for European Environmental Law (Prof. Dr. Claudio Franzius) as part of a third-party funded project (Environmental Law Competence Network) starting on April 1, 2023.

The positions are:

One Research Associate (f/m/d)

(EG 13 TV-L, 19.6 hours per week)
- for a period of 3 years. The positions are subject to the provisions of the German Act on Fixed-Term Contracts in Science (Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz) and are intended for the purpose of academic qualification. Therefore, your application can be considered if you still have the necessary qualification periods according to - 2 para. 1 WissZeitVG.

Independent research
Scientific services in research
The research tasks focus on environmental law, preferably climate protection law. Participation in environmental law workshops and conferences in Germany and abroad is planned.
